Evening all and happy Friday.
Plum has put aside £37.24 so far. Actual physical Xmas shopping trip on Monday although I suspect my mum is going to be doing more actual shopping than me, as I'm pretty much sorted with what I want, or am going to, buy. But I'm going to pay in my £2 coins which I'm using for my Xmas shopping this year so they will give my bank balance a boost!
Have a lovely weekend everyone x

Hello everyone
@Sue-UU - I hope your pain continues to decrease.
Potting continues here and I've just potted a whole 81p which was a refund from the milkman. I know. Craaaaaazy.
In other news, as last year's challenge was such a bumper one for me, not only is Christmas paid for, but also we've paid off a tiny chunk on our mortgage. It makes it so worthwhile that our hard work (and barely leaving the house, to be honest!) has paid off.

Well done @Hettyhound on your latest roadkill. Not sure if people near you are very rich because they can throw their cash away, or very poor because they do throw their cash away.

Hello Potters
Glad to hear you are feeling a bit better Sue-UU, DH is on the mend too
It's very seasonal here at the moment, it's been a very cold, frosty week so far, but I'm happy with that. Much better than water falling from the skies! We've put our Christmas lights outside to cheer everyone up but have decided as it's only going to be the two of us this year, we are not going to decorate a tree (I love putting it up, but hate taking it down!). I have a lit garland over the fireplace and when the wood burner is roaring away, it looks very cosy and Christmassy.
I am potting £5.46 this week. Enjoy the rest of the week, stay safe xx

Hi Everyone
Just potting a little here and there. I am potting my £2 coins in this pot as well so I just have one big pots of coins (hopefully) towards next Christmas.
Have cut our present list down this year to our children and mums.
Not sure what relatives think? but decided we have to do whats right for us.
50% down on sales this year makes a difference to the finances.
Stay Safe x5
