Oh the loo rolls.... it gets everywhere. I'm forever picking up bits of ripped up loo rolls or whatever food packets my son has given to him.

Hi again Franlow01, we really have done marvellously with Covid 19 being so prevalent. Let's hope it doesn't affect us too much more though I've a horrible feeling there might be a 3rd spike come January! 🤨

Oooh, you have my heartfelt thoughts concerning your dear Labrador, it's a rotten time to go through and even though it's happened many times before it's still so very hard to make that dreadful decision! With Labs they always carry on eating until the end, bless them. Bon courage Franlow01, we all know you need it. 

We all make that same decision about not having another towards the end of our hairy friends lives, but I've yet to meet an owner that doesn't go back on it. 😐 So much love, hugs and best wishes to you.

Not a good day for me yesterday, I've trapped a nerve in my spine such a pest. 😥 Still, it;s been 5 days now so with luck it'll soon be much better.

Franlow01, I feel for you  . Our lab is 14 now and although his heart is good, his back end is starting to wear... he stands like a hyena most of the time .....except when there's food involved, then he becomes a bouncing, bounding puppy again.  
Poor you, Sue-UU, there's no getting away from trapped nerve pain.  I hope it eases soon    DH has been having sciatica pain recently and I have been trying to get him to do some gentle yoga stretches but it's very difficult when you are in pain.  He seems to be on the road to recovery now though.  Between him and the dog, I feel like I'm the only one who can walk properly!
In potting news, I have £25 to add to my pot today   Have a lovely weekend folks.  Keep potting!

21p roadkill!  1p from the same car park I found 8p in last week and 20p outside Tesco.  Maybe people are not use to this concept called “money” and just don’t know how to handle it 🤣

Thanks for updating my target @Sue-UU - I still hope to save more than my target.  Used willpower to not buy a nice cup of coffee and potted the amount instead.
Sorry to hear of your back trouble - you seem to get more than your share of aches and pains but you accept it with good grace.  Mind you, you’re a lady. For us men any pain is so much worse! 
Anyway, I’m off to find @Hettyhound ‘s car park!

Thanks so very much, SIJU, it's not until you go through it yourself that you fully realise just how painful it is. It seems to happen periodically and is awful. It's been over a week this time.

Your poor Hubby with his sciatica too, that's another extremely painful and periodic one too. Alternating with cold (frozen peas wrapped in a hand towel for about 15 minutes) then 15 minutes with heat is a great way of relieving it. Do try it and see how it goes. Yoga is said to be brilliant too, so you're doing well there. I do hope he gets relief soon. 😘

Your poor dog, I do feel for him, though at least feeding time is fun. 🐶
