You are still quoting the wrong  CoP:-

"11.    Sign is a mass of confusing words. The charge is £100 hidden in the small print at the bottom of the sign. Additionally, large parts of the sign are in blue on yellow, a combination warned against by the British Parking Association code of practice as hard to read."

They did not notice that this was a paid parking spot.
I am not comfortable that this suggested the fault was the driver's, in ''not noticing''. Write it the other way round, that ''the driver was not given adequate notice that this was supposedly a paid parking area''.

Thanks. Changed it to IPC AoS.

Para 6 - you say " It is until later that I realised that Excel operate under two trading names, Excel Parking and Vehicle Control Services."

Excel Parking Services Limited (Company number 02878122) and Vehicle Control Services Limited (Company number 02498820) are two separate legal entities that just happen to share the same address and one director.

If/when you have the scammer's WS, please post it for us to look at. Only redact YOUR personal data. I cannot stress this enough. If the scammers have redacted anything, then please tell us. Hopefully you will get to see it before you need to submit yours.

If their WS is excessively long, post the first page showing the name of the (para) legal, and the last page with the legal's signature and statement of truth, plus their evidence/exhibits, especially the alleged contract with the landowner.

The deadline is on 24th March. Shall I wait until the last day and email it to both the court and to their legal representative?

If you leave it to the last minute and then can't send it because of unexpected events, then you will miss the deadline. Everything has to go to both the court and the claimant as per the information in the guide to court you should refer to at every stage.

As I said in that post, if you have the scammer's WS, please post it here. Hopefully we can comment on it so you can rebut their evidence before you submit your WS.

I would aim to get all that done by tomorrow afternoon.

Sorry I was not clear. I have not received the WS of the claimant. That is why, Shall I send mine without having a look at theirs? or I will wait.
I can't thank you enough. I appreciate your help.

Yes, of course you send  it. You have a deadline to meet, and "i didn't see their WS" isn't part of your Court Order as a reason to break the Courts Order!
I would send it today, before 4pm.
WHEN you see theirs, do as above.,
IF you still dont have a copy a couple days af6ter, email the court, with usual ref etc you would expect to see, stating you have not been served a copy of the claimants WS and exhibits by 24.03.2021 which is in breach of the Courts Order of Y Date signed by Judge WHATEVER, and you ask that this is noted on the courts file.
