Which Credit Card for Good Customer Service?

True it is good to have more than one current account, I don't see the point in opening a current account just to get a credit card that doesn't offer anything special and that other providers have without having to open a current account just to get it.Zellah said:
Nothing stopping people from opening a FD current account as a spare/second account and then only using their credit card. (good practice to have more than 1 current account anyway)dr_adidas01 said:
Again First Direct you already have to be a customer to have the credit card, so unless you want to switch your bank account to first direct it’s not a card available to everyone.Zellah said:
Ermmm...maybe good customer service, which is what the OP asked about? IMHO Amex and First Direct are head and shoulders above the rest for customer service.dr_adidas01 said:whitesmith said:For a non-Amex card I would go for First Direct.
Why they are only available to first direct customers and don't really offer anything interesting?
Time is a path from the past to the future and back again. The present is the crossroads of both. :cool:1 -
I was going to say that there is something stopping them, that FD has stopped new applications, but see they have restarted opening new accounts in the last couple of weeks.Zellah said:

Amex by a long shot, I got accused of using the mini bar in Sydney, it's weighted as far as i know, and was charged $20AUD i called the hotel with no luck after 2 wks, i called Amex and they refunded me as it was under £50, no issue at all.0
