If you are found fit for work and you think you fit the criteria for either LCW or LCWRA then you need to request the Mandatory Reconsideration (MR) then Tribunal, if the MR decision remains the same.

If you need help with rent then you would need to claim UC. New style ESA will be deducted £1 for £1 from any UC entitlement. UC pays class 3 and NsESA pays class1 NI credits. You started the thread on 25th October, have you not applied for either of those benefits yet? NsESA can be backdated for up to 3 months but UC can't be backdated.0

With the old legacy ESA they didn't but whether they will for New style ESA i have no idea but as Calcotti has previously advised, they probably won't.

Not if you are just claiming ESA. But if you claim both UC could in theory. As said they are unlikely to.gilly58 said:But they can't make you look while awaiting assessment for Esa is that correctInformation I post is for England unless otherwise stated.
