BW Legal, Armtrac Cornwall parking ticket after 3 years, potential court action

Hi, I'm still receiving letters from BW legal regarding a car parking ticket in 2017. I originally sent them a reply based on expert advice from a forum. I'm now wondering if their next step of action is court, what else can I do? I can upload a copy of the previous letter if required.
I will upload links once I am able to
Thank you in advance.

How long did the letter give you to pay? You've redacted the date of issue. If it was less than 30 days, it is a debt collector letter and can be filed under "take no action." If 30 days or more AND they included financial forms (which you do not fill in) or links to them, it is a proper letter of/before claim and you should take the action as indicated in the NEWBIE sticky.3

I see BWLegal have added their usual fake £60 with the feeble reason that the code of practice says they can. Not admitting to the fact the code of practice is not a law and not applicable to the motorist
See what happens to these legals who add fake amounts

It's just the usual stuff. Read other BW Legal cases and post #2 of the NEWBIES thread and get ready to win in court.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP, sometimes it can lead to cancellation.,
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers. On 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, and hopefully this will become law shortly
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
Thank you for your comments. In answer to @Le_Kirk 's response, they gave me the usual 30 days to pay and I wrote them a letter stating various points, as per a forum I was a member of at the time. This was over 3 years ago.
I've now received court action! That escalated quickly..

Please find here - https://www.dropbox.com/s/hjv8m5ibv94hx4s/Photo Nov 04, 18 15 46.jpg?dl=0 it is 4 sheets of paper, all the other info seems generic but if I should upload them all please let me know.
I'd appreciate anyone pointing me in the right direction. Maybe to a legal representative, or if the best / only way of winning is attending myself (it will cost me a lot more than the actual fine to get down there for a day, but equally I need to take a stand against this scam!). Much appreciated in advance0 -
Are you telling us that you have received a County Court Claim Form?am1980 said:I've now received court action!
If so, please tell us the Issue Date on it.
If not, what exactly have you received?
Any hearing will be at your local County Court. You get to nominate that later in the process. This is explained in Bargepole's 'what happens when' post linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.am1980 said:I'd appreciate anyone pointing me in the right direction.
