Just a quick one, I'm sure its been answered and  I'm sorry if I've missed it.  Im about to print, sign and email my defence but do i have to send it to BW legal.  Ive seen the posts about court bundle being sent to both claimant and court but it seems to be missing on the ones regarding emailing your defence to the court??

That's because you only need to file your Defence with the CCBC.
The CCBC will send a copy to the Claimant.

Thanks Keith, just wanted to make sure!!  Im sure you get fed up with all these basic question but they honestly i do mean a lot to us knowing there are people like you to answer our concerns

The CCBC is not a court , it's just a central office dealing with the preliminary paperwork

They will allocate your court after the DQ stage , after the defence has been filed

The topic you are talking about is later when you copy in your nominated court plus the claimant

At the moment you are not at Court stage , you haven't done your DQ yet (read the Bargepole what happens when post )

Just a quick update. Defence was submitted with couponmads added suggestions. Had confirmation of the defence being accepted from the court so just waiting for my DQ now. 

BW legal sent me a letter offering to accept a payment plan which i just filed. 

Will keep you all updated as it progresses.

Just received 2 letters. One from BW Legal stating their intentions to carry on and another from the court containing the DQ. 

Quick question. In the spot for dates im unavailable, is it okay to put in unavailible until April 21 due to military deployment.
