Problems with Jaja re Post Office credit card

All PO credit cards have been moved to Jaja Finance and you have to re-register to manage online. But Jaja's system "does not recognise" PO cardholders details, making registration impossible. Customer Services admit it's a problem for "lots of customers" but have "no idea" when it will be fixed. Anybody else in the Forum experiencing this?

Jaja are a joke. Friday before switch weekend card declined for no reason. But secndary cardholder's worked ok! First phone call , 2 members of staff, all ok must have been a glitch. Declined again. Two further phone calls and speaking to 6 people in total, apparently it's a system issue with no known timescale but their IT bods are working on it. Complaint raised. Card suddenly started working again last Saturday but these transactions are still not showing on the app.
And as for the app. Registered ok but it took 3 versions over 5 days to get a supposedly working app. I really liked PO showing transactions almost instantly, now I just want the transactions to just appear at some point so I can pay the right amount, please 🙏. Or is this a trick so customers like me who pay in full end up with interest charges 🤔
Martin/MSE can you please look into this and see if you can get any sense out of JaJa and also what the FCA are doing. Plus are the BoI on the hook for any of these issues?0 -

I have experienced all of the above problems, I spoke to PO customer services and they apologised and said try again in a few days. Ja-Ja have announced the problems have been resolved but I still can't register, I've not had a statement and as I pay my balance in full every month I rang for the outstanding balance made a BACS payment and took a scissors to my credit card I can live without these monkeys.

I cancelled my Jaja card on 15th October as it was an unknown entry on my Bank Statement at the time and made a separate call to cancel my wife's. Customer service did not work nor did the App so went through 'Lost and stolen'. Job done. Then received a statement showing a DD payment after the card cancelled on the 21st, followed by an Email from the recipient saying they had trouble with my billing. Both cant be true. Just spent 20 minutes on phone to 2 different departments to get charge nullified, which they agreed. Apparently the card was not cancelled at the time as there was an outstanding charge on the account. Not true as the card was cancelled before the next payment made. Just hopeless. How many other people are going to get caught by this mess?0

I only used to use my Post Office credit card on holidays because they didn't charge a non-sterling transaction fee. Does anyone know if this is still the case with JAJA? I've trawled through their FAQ's but can't find anything saying it has but did find a statement saying you may get charged and need to check the back of your statement. I haven't had a statement yet but to me that's a bit late to find out!! I will be cancelling it if I don't get this benefit that's for sure.

It is also in older versions of their summary box' but there seems no new 'summary box' version on their website/app.I wonder if this is a sign of things to come?I have already decided to bin it and look elsewhere.0

Today I put all my PO card details in to register online with Jaja but at the end it stated that the system is not currently working and to try again later. Fortunately I still get paper statements but I do want online access.0

I checked my account yesterday as I didn't seem to have had received a statement only to find I have been charged a £12 late payment fee! I have double checked my emails, even my trash and I have NOT had a statement. I have called to complain and been promised a call back but so far nothing. I have just called again but the staff are so laid back I don't feel any confidence that this will get resolved! As soon as this is resolved I will be cancelling this card, I don't trust them with my money.0
