Post Office to JaJa shambles

I was migrated from Post Office to JaJa this month and it has been a total mess. I was on interest free till next year but found today Jaja had charged me interest, a call to there customer services revealed new staff with no idea the guy asked me to tell him what I thought was the rate and when it applied to, I just knew next year, the guy then revealed that alot of my account details were missing there end. Even more concerning was they told me my card had been fraudulently used yet they never contacted me to tell me and the claimed fraud happened a few days after the migration. I'm now without a card and told upto two weeks which I can believe based on the poor service. Anyone else had simular issues?
Getting interest rate / product details right is basic stuff and they couldn't even do that.

Wow you got through to CS? I gave up after hanging on for 30min. I got the app and tried to register my details. Then when I tried to logon, it failed. I rang them, hung on then gave up. I moved my continuous payment authorities to another card. They took the correct amount from my direct debit. I wasn’t aware another customer was defrauded. I will make another attempt at getting the app working or will close the account.0

I'm closing mine for sure, they just need to refund the interest charges as I was interest free till April 2021. The fact they couldn't get key customer info like card rate correct makes me question alot about them.0

It really feels like they’ve bitten off more than they can chew in this takeover. It probably seemed simple on paper - inherit a load of customers - and bang - loadsamoney in their bank account with big fat profits. Doesn’t seem to be working out very well at the moment though. I often see the ‘new’ post office credit card being advertised in fb - via capital one - I bet they wish they hadn’t got involved either with all the negativity on their advert threads.

The trick is to spend as little money as possible and cross your fingers that it doesn't go so bad that everyone hates you.0 -
It was my only credit card I used it for extra security over my debit, I don't even believe them now that the card was being used fraudulently as quick Google showed alot of people had cards blocked for no reason. I know they must of hired new staff but training not there guy I spoke today said my account linked to a different address and couldn't see my limit.0

Shambolic, I too was transferred from Post Office to Jaja, or was I? I still don't know if I have an account or not despite trying to find out since their take over. My Post Office card was due for renewal end of September, so have been left without a card!Actually now because of the incompetence shown by Jaja, I only want to be sure I have NO account with them, and I can't even do that!0

I agree it's a mess. I can sign in on a tablet, but using exactly the same details on a laptop it says the details do not match their records. Tried several times. With the PO card I could download transactions in text form - tsv or csv, but jaja only seems to offer pdf, which is difficult to process.
