Nothing in the Pensions act 2004 impacted on DB transfer rules that would affect cost.

I will try one more, final time:

Is the £100k you are talkinhg about the Cash Equivalenyt Transfer Valuie from a DB pension scheme OR

Is the £100k you are talking about the current value of the investments in a DC pension?

The answer to that question will help you, and everyone else contributing, to be clear on what the "ask" is.

Alan the op was about my 30k lost with no other options , forget the other pensions , have you any input on that , or like other people commenting don’t even work in the industry , or think it’s a good idea to extract between 3 and 5 k out of someone and say that’s the going rate ?

I don't think anyone is quite sure what advice you want. That 30k transfer no longer exists as an option however you will get your £37.50 per month. What else did you want to know?
