Normally you submit a 2000 character , or less , rebuttal to reinforce your case in less than 7 days , to Popla

So without any other information , that is what I would do , I would not just do nothing

Yeah I have the opportunity to refute but I sent 16 pages of evidence (photographs/video) information originally it just seems like it's a blanket response not really covering any of my appeal.

That's good. 
You'll be easily able to challenge their points.

If you want us to read and comment on the scammers response, please post it again with paragraphs to break up the wall of text.


Go through your appeal and note the points the scammers have failed to address. Rebut each point briefly.

For example, if your point 1 was No landowner authority, point 2 was non PoFA complaint NTH, reply with something like this.

1, The scammers have not provided a copy of the landowner contract 
2, NTH fails the requirements of the PoFA 13 and 14, hire documents not included

The scammers have failed to respond to these points so must accept them, therefore the appeal must be allowed.

Remember, you only have 2000 characters.

I don't think anyone will seriously read and analyse that total slab of text. We deal with so much text every day, please make it easier for the forum to help you by making it readable, placing suitable paragraphs in it (in correct places, not random line breaks).

This is already covered in the 3rd post of the NEWBIES thread, about 'POPLA COMMENTS STAGE' and how to do it.

Also I can't begun to read the wall of text you showed us but that is merely the boring 'case summary' and not the evidence that really matters.  That's for you to look at and find the holes in, and expose them to POPLA to focus the usually clueless Assessors.

The POPLA appeal was unsuccessful, they claimed that the email sent by the transportation team identified me as the driver even though in any correspondence I had in with PO I never identified myself as the driver.
 They stated I didn't provide evidence but did provide a "large pdf document". I'm disappointed as I put a load of work into the evidence even creating a video showing how insufficient the carpark is. 

I will read on the newbies what is my next step is, thanks for all your advice and help.
