Letter Before Claim - CST LAW

The letter before claim is genuine (if you read the NEWBIE sticky you will find this info) because it gives you 30 days to pay and contains financial forms (which you don't fill in) any letter similarly constructed that doesn't give 30 days and doesn't contain the financial forms is a debt collectors letter and it best used to line the bottom of the budgie cage.idislikePCN said:
What makes you say this is a genuine one?Le_Kirk said:Lots of people will have received a letter before clam (a genuine one - which yours is) and the results of what they did has been distilled into a set of instructions, links and advice. To prevent regulars having to type it out every time someone asks, it has been put into one thread called the NEWBIE sticky.
Are you saying they can take me to court on the back of this?1 -
It is fake because they are telling a lie as to who instructed them ....... DRP are only money junkies and do not own the debt... Read the thread above to see how to answer their claim. Don't ignore itidislikePCN said:

Get off a mobile, or a crappy pc browser, and use a laptop with Chrome / FIrefox / Edge to view the forum
On the main page of the forum, stuck near the top, is the NEWBIES thread. You CANNOT miss it.2 -
