Letter Before Claim - CST LAW

Hi All,

Hope you are keeping well amidst these unprecedented times.

I have received the attached documents from CST Law - I have read a few forums however looking for specific advice to my case.
Some say ignore - some say to respond and decline the 'debt'.

It would be good if you could please provide some advice on how to proceed.

If for whatever reason this does end up in court I am very confident it will go in my favour.

This is a self help  forum, it is easily found,  try harder.

Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP, sometimes it can lead to cancellation.,

Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers. On 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, and hopefully this will become law shortly

You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

Think im just trying to understand what to do in this specific scenario - if other people have come across it what they have done
Or some good advice relating the specific case

Lots of people will have received a letter before clam (a genuine one - which yours is) and the results of what they did has been distilled into a set of instructions, links and advice.  To prevent regulars having to type it out every time someone asks, it has been put into one thread called the NEWBIE sticky.

Another CST false claim.   Of course DRP cannot instruct them, it's not their debt.

What makes you say this is a genuine one?
Are you saying they can take me to court on the back of this?
