NatWest are launching a new switch deal today.  Thanks to Chanchi32 on hotukdeals for the headsup.

£125 for switching your current account to a new NatWest Select (no monthly fee) or Reward account (£2 monthly fee but some cashback).

Take a look at the offer details

As these T&Cs have a habit of disappearing when applications for the offer end, I have taken a secure copy, accessible to everyone.

The exact wording from the switch T&Cs is:

So even though nobody has had a switch incentive from their August 2020 switch offer, it doesn't appear you can go for a second helping.

I have switched a TSB account to NatWest for £175  then switched it to HSBC for £125 and have a RBS current account, a BoS  Vantage account, a Nationwide current account, a BoS Reward account  a Santander 123 Lite account, so I suppose I am no longer eligible either.
Is there anywhere I would be eligible to switch to? I doubt it.

Just to muddy the waters a bit, the current RBS payment is to be paid around 29th Jan 2021. How do people think that would be interpreted with respect to the wording  between October 2017 and 19th October 2020.

Switch to Metro for £50 if someone recommends you.

Just open a basic account with one of the banks you are with and switch that over. If you don't need a new mortgage in the next year, then the impact on your credit file is minimal and well worth the money...
