Oh no I’m really sorry, I was just trying to get an answer and didn’t realise I couldn’t post more than once. I really do apologise. I’m really worried as money is really tight and being alone for a couple of weeks has really affected me. I’m very sorry if I upset you. I’m not sure what spam is to be honest. Hopefully I’ll get the help I need soon.

I am eligible. It’s just that track and trace have entered the wrong dates for my isolation period. I appreciate your help though. Thank you.

It’s terrible that it is taking that long to get a result.
For it to be an effective system results must come back as soon as possible ideally within a day. With fast turn around times there will be no excuse for people not to self isolate while waiting for the results.

Could I just ask a quick question on this thread? When applying for this, how would you send your bank statement? Would you have to print one out and then take a photo of it and upload it somewhere?

Surely you can just save it as a PDF or whatever.

Maybe ask them how they want to receive it? Saves guessing.
