Pick one of them. You really don't want to be on MSE glibly confessing that you're ready to invent a fake name in order to deceive Tesco in future when the essence of your post on here is an invitation to everyone who reads it to believe in your honesty and credibility. As things stand, you've made it all the more likely that people here will be more disposed to endorsing Tesco's reaction: no-one knows what wording you used in that complaint of yours about the Tesco driver -- and how absolutely 100% truthful you were.

Sometimes it would be nice to have method of jumping immediately on a thread from the OP's first post to their last one...

Version 1 , as original post
Version 2 , rants and screams at driver , rants and screams at customer service representative , rants and raves at local store ( as op doesn't seem to comprehend that no food delivery comes from your local store these days ) .

Save a lot of time.In fact, what would be better is some sort of algorithm that identified these sort of threads and reversed the order of the OP's posts before you read them. There could be some sort of icon alongside each post on the board identifying them. Then you could ignore them. Or go straight to them if you like that sort of thingI'm still pondering why the OP's condition prevented them reaching the top (quite low crate) but not the lower two...6
