Give up.  You cannot force Tesco to sell things to you if they don't want to.  You can complain as much as you like, but they don't have to take any notice.
Lots of other supermarkets do home deliveries.  Pick one of them.
Yeah I think I'll just do that. I live in a city centre anyway so I'm getting all deliveries available. Also, I'm a renter, so as soon as I move, I'll just recreate an account, put the new address, add a false name and that's it, I'll get the deliveries again if I really have to (believe me, I'll do my best not to buy anything from them again).

You really don't want to be on MSE glibly confessing that you're ready to invent a fake name in order to deceive Tesco in future when the essence of your post on here is an invitation to everyone who reads it to believe in your honesty and credibility.

As things stand, you've made it all the more likely that people here will be more disposed to endorsing Tesco's reaction: no-one knows what wording you used in that complaint of yours about the Tesco driver -- and how absolutely 100% truthful you were.

I absolutely don't care what stand people take on this forum and I don't care about your opinion on whether I'm trustworthy or not! I was just sharing my experience with tesco so that others can relate as I know it has happened to quite a few people! You thought I came here for sympathy??? hahaha...
