Ours was submitted 4 weeks tomorrow - so hopefully not got to wait much longer. You're so right, the waiting is just killing us - I'm not sure how those who have been waiting for months have coped!

Hopefully you’re not waiting much longer!! I’ve realised that this forum can be helpful yet really heighten the anxiety for no reason!!

5 weeks and 1 day later we received our offer!

The application had to be re-keyed by TSB because of a technical error (whatever that means), so that is what caused our delay.  Fingers crossed our conveyancer comes out of hiding and replies to my emails so we can get things moving!

Hello,
Just wondering if anyone can advise how long they’ve been waiting for mortgage decision? We’ve sent all of our documents, we have been advised valuation took place and was satisfied. Getting very anxious now regarding mortgage decision from TSB.
Unable to get through to mortgage advisor now. Which is odd considering they’ve been asking us for paperwork almost everyday.
