Oh I don’t know. Hopefully we both hear this week. I’m doing my MA head in! She says I’m not but I know I am haha! X0

2/10 Application submitted and valuation instructed
8/10 Desktop valuation performed and back the same day. Came back at offer price.
12/10 Docs checked and approved and application sent for final checks.13/10 Offer!
I hope you both hear something soon. We’re both employed and no furlough and affordability on basic income so perhaps that makes things quicker too?
Massive thanks again to haras for helping us with this application after our other one got nowhere after 7 weeks. Amazed at how quickly TSB got this through for us in the current climate.

I’ve gone with tsb too and like you, no one else seems to post about them. I’m awaiting my offer too. They asked for one months bank statement which I sent on Thursday.. so nows the wait. I’m going nuts waiting since my application with Nationwide was declined at the last minute (35 working day in may I add)
so glad to finally have a thread that relates to my new ‘hopefully’ lender.Sam0 -
No, she only sent what they asked for at that time (few complex issues) they asked for proof of tax credits/most recent wage slip that was all at first. Then once valuation came back agreed, they asked for one month bank statement.. was this not the same with your application?

As a broker the minimum we get before application from a client are
Latest 3 payslips
Latest 3 bank statement
Proof of any other income e.g tax credits (award letter and bank statements to support it)
Proof of deposit
Proof of Id and proof of address.
We only send in what the lender asks for but if they come back for anything it means 9/10 we already have it which saves a lot of time over then having to get it from the client.

Yeah I agree. She did have all that but due to a discrepancy on a statement we had to wait in order for it to be submitted. Did tsb only require 1 month bank statement when you applied? Just out of interest? Thanks for replying, Sam.First time buyer with TSB0

Also a part of the TSB waiting crew! 90% LTV as a single applicant after my joint application with nationwide failed 3 weeks after DIP, I'm back on the horse with TSB.
Timeline so far
27/08 Offer accepted on house
01/09 DIP and full application submitted to Nationwide
22/09 Nationwide declined based on partner's arranged overdraft usage
28/09 TSB DIP approved
29/09 Single applicant application to TSB submitted via broker
06/10 Valuation took place
07/10 Request for more documents confirming my upcoming pay rise
08/10 Submitted document.... Now we wait..
The wait is becoming agonizing, I just want to know!!
