    Had an update this morning from MB to say that my husbands business bank statements have still to be assessed by the underwriter but there are no other actions to be completed. These were sent in 01/10 after broker never realised I had sent them to her. Due to current time scales she doesn’t think she’ll hear anything till next week 😫 Was told 5-7 working days for new information to be assessed but these have been waiting for 9 working days now!

    I've just received my mortgage offer from TSB after my broker submitted the application on 18th September.

    Hi All
    Longtime lurker and first time poster.  We are FTBs and our current timeline goes a little like this...

    Offer Accepted - 28/09
    AIP Received - 29/09
    Full App Sent In - 30/09
    TSB Carrying out valuation on 15/10

    We're hoping the valuation comes back as correct but you never know with 1930s houses needing plenty of work :smile:

    I'm crossing my fingers too, really want an update by Friday! Every time I get an email through on my phone at work, my heart is pounding... it's exhausting
