  • Give the whole £50 voucher to your partner without a second thought and do it now. You will feel so much pride in doing it and hopefully pleasure in seeing your partner treat themselves to something.
  • It depends on how much effort the other half puts into the other aspects of your relationship...i did everything in mine, so shared some deals and others i didn't depending on if i was annoyed at putting all the legwork in to save some money.  I got fed up in the end and left!!

Well assuming you are both paying 50-50 of the bills, perhaps something for the home
I wonder what will happen if you get a mortgage together, will whoever ring to make the bank appointment, get a bigger share of the house?
    With love, POSR <3
  • Share and share alike:  Go out and have a nice meal together  ....as opposed to a 'table for one' with you 'enjoying' your voucher on your own.  Now really, which would you prefer ??  No contest here!

Money Moral Dilemmas are posted each week in the MSE newsletter.
I understand they are submitted by someone who doesn't want to post under their own username.
The details are deliberately minimal and there is no answers to any questions posed in responses.
This thread is - as I said above - 3 years old.
    In effect a necropost.
