Feedback on house listing......

The front looks messy and overgrown, the back garden could do with a good tidy.0

ok - so feedback as a rule is sort the outside, as opposed to anything drastic inside.
The outside isnt as bad as the photos suggest, so will do some pruning and get new photos.
Thanks for all feedback so far0 -
I would say that inside needs a bit of a declutter before you get the photos taken again.
Get the stuff off the kitchen work surfaces and get rid of the bin. Also get rid of the magnets and things off the fridge door.
I personally hate the open box style storage you have in the lounge. I think that always makes houses look cluttered. If you are moving anyway that stuff needs packing up so do it now and remove the shelf units.
The master bedroom could be such a lovely room but the furniture placement is all wrong and again there is clutter on top of wardrobes etc. This just makes it look like you have outgrown the house. You may have but you don't want potential buyers to think that you have.
And as others have said the gardens need a good tidy up. They look over gown and unloved.0 -
Yes, that was also my first thought. Try not including it in the pics?mortgage2020 said:
It needs a new roofJana83 said:I think the inside looks lovely, but the 2 pictures of the outside would put me off - what is wrong with the roof? Why is so dark compared to the neighbours? The soffits look in poor condition too. I'd be worried about the roof tbh0 -
Next door have really taken the pee with those windows on the conservatory, and by letting them you're now paying the price. People considering buying will think " If we do, we'll be in a dispute pretty soon""

I hadn't noticed the conservatory situation but this would massively put me off.
If I was you I'd replace the fence panels for 6 foot ones (or erect your own fence if it isn't yours). Putting up the fence has the potential to cause a dispute and if I was buying the house I'd rather the previous owners have that battle than me.1 -
Who has right of way to use the passageway that appears to be under your neighbours property but comes out in your back garden?0

I considered replacing the fence but didnt know if the added cost to me would make a difference to a sale.FinallyStoppedLurking said:I hadn't noticed the conservatory situation but this would massively put me off.

However if we did put the fence up and get into a battle then the new owners would bare the battle and not me anyway???!!!!0
