    Hi F10na,

You just go on the screening day to the ticket desk and they give you a ticket. At my showcase cinema they need to see the insider card or take your name. I've misplaced my card so I just give them my name.

  • hey everyone,
i signed up to insider a few weeks ago but didnt an invite to anything, does it matter what preferance you set for film type as to what they invite you to? Or do i have to wait for the card to arrive first?
    thanks

Arctic Tale is a lovely film, lots of cute polar bear cubs and farting walrusses, but for some reason the Odeon Greenwich decided to start the film at 10:30 already so we missed 10 minutes. And I am ususally super punctual! I asked after the film what that was about as I thought the start time was 11 but was told the cinema could start the film anytime between 10.30 and 11! I said I never experienced that with a 6 for 6.30pm film and he said oh no, we started Juno at 6pm recently. Weird that, and definitely not a good idea, as it means people filing in during that half hour miss the start of the film and disturb the people already sitting! But today it didn't matter much - I counted a grand total of 16 people!!
