i saw 27 dresses last night at greenwich.

the screen was surprisingly only half full

me and my sister really enjoyed it. ok ok it was a typical rom com that you didnt need to take your brain to, but sometimes a girl needs abit of romance on screen when she isnt getting it at home ok!!

i was so glad i liked it too cos i was well dissapointed last week with accidental husband.

i know i am not going go make any friends by saying this, but i dont think its fair that people go and see the same film more than once, i try and get codes when i get my email but they are always full, i dont have access to my computer all the time as i work with children.

i dont mean to upset or offend anyone.

    Hiya,
Yes I did go to see 27 dresses for the second time (the first time I've done that) and that was only because the first viewing was ruined by people chatting all the way through and having their mobile ring etc. So when I got back from that screening last week I tried an old code about 10pm at night and got a ticket so I don't think I was taking anything away from someone by trying a code that had been out for more than a week. Then the next day someone on here said they couldn't get tickets for my city so I offered mine but they didn't want it because it was a single.
At the screening last night the cinema was only a quarter to a third full so there were either loads of people that didn't turn up, people didn't keep trying the codes right up to yesterday, or SeeFilmFirst held some back for some reason. If the cinema had been full I'd have felt like I was taking a place that someone else but it was so empty that I didn't.
The only advice I can offer is to keep trying the codes (once a day or when you can). I have been lucky a few times with codes that have been around for a while so it's not just a question of being there first. :)

Beate's drawer must be tightly locked in this wind

Maybe we need to scare them out? (unless they went to see the Orphanage and they are already scared and hiding ;) )

I went to see the Spiderwick Chronicles last night and thought it was great

You were lucky then, we went with ticket in hand to Bolton only to be told, along with many others, that the screening was full. This could only have been down to people printing off more than 1 page and taking the whole family!!!!!

A very nice man (after some coercion) gave everybody who stayed tickets to see The Game Plan which my DDs both enjoyed, but it didn't really make up for missing the film we had tickets to see.

Why can't people be happy with what they have and not keep wanting more, making other people miss out?

Absolutely gutted about Paul Walker - RIP xx

There isn't a "Grab it" thread - there is a Grabbit FORUM - full of threads on hundreds of subjects.

Use the FORUM JUMP drop down - at the bottom of this and almost every other page on MSE. "Grabbit" is a few UP from "Freebies" where you are now.

Has anyone got 2 spare tickets for the 27 Dresses preview in Leicester next week?

I always seem to get there too late once they have all been sold!

    Thanks if anyone can help.
