    Bl**dy DVLA and DSA!!!

I passed my driving test 4 weeks ago to the day. I rang up last week as I still hadn't received my driving licence through. They had a look and said they hadn't even been informed of my test pass or received my licence from the DSA Test Centre. So I gave her all the details of when and where I took my test and who my examiner was etc. and she said to ring back today if I hadn't heard anything. So I rang back and they STILL haven't had confirmation from the DSA that I passed my test

I basically have been told to wait as there is nothing the DVLA can do until the DSA confirm everything. I want my licence!

oh god! Does that effect you being able to drive or anything?

No, fortunately the DVLA said my test pass certificate is fine for now and I can drive in the meantime. It is frustrating though.

They are indeed, along with James Blunt and a whole host of people. They're opening on James' tour early next year for a couple of weeks so I hope they get along :) And tonight the lovely Sam is on Keys, he was the Grace Key player. I'm gutted Grace were dropped, they were a fantastic band, still, I'm glad to see Sam back in the sessions.

  • well cap lady been and not as bad as I thought. Although by their calculations, it looks as though I am not going to be debt free until 2052!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I refuse to put my dfd any different than what its already at.

I am def going to be losing the car which is very sad and will limit my job opportunities too but I know its an expense I just cant afford so got to find out now what to do to surrender it.

I do have 3 months grace on the mortgage though so thats a good thing. My £10 a day challenge is now more important than ever to keep the mortgage thing going so please keep posting your stories to give me inspiration.

    hello folks
still feeling yucky with a cold, only turned into work for a meeting which got cancelled but did anyone tell me? NOOOOOOOOOO!
Also found out that looks like we won't get our pay rise back paid to the date it was due on. Our rises follow those of officers and apparently despite going to acas and have a arbitration ruling the govt are going to ignore part of it, why am i not surprised? I thought it was legally binding but who know's

trying to decide whether to apply for A&L current account to get cheaper overdraft, but then have to remortgage by march so think i may have to wait until afterwards. Any advice please?
    thanks folks
