@Coupon-Mad, No I haven't done my POLA appeal yet.  I will check out the POPLA appeals post 3 on the Newbies thread to put this together.  Do you have any extra suggestions for the POLPLA appeal based on the above?

Also, that photo you found online - when the traveller community moved in (good luck with that P.E.!) - is a great one to use as it shows the lack of entrance signage particularly clearly.  And I see no problem in 'harvesting' such an image for POPLA.

The link does work, it just takes a while for the photos to show, whilst they load all the adverts!
@D_P_Dance, they are standard photos (in amongst the adverts) that you get on all Imgur albums.

Have you got the photos now & therefore good to go with your appeal?

Include the 'standard' signage section from the Newbies' thread.  And then write some paragraphs of your own systematically criticising the signage using the information from that section. And also make common sense criticisms e.g. that signs are damaged.

In so far as a POPLA appeal can be fun, the No Landowner Authority section could be.  Landowner authority at that car park is a mess.  

And if you haven't done so already, check out page 5 of the thread I gave a link for - the post showing the POPLA assessor's rationale for allowing the appeal.  That may make you want to scrutinise your NTK and to include a section in your appeal based on that assessor's decision.  If your NTK had the same failings you can reference the assessor's name and the date of the decision.  (Doesn't matter that it was Lido 1 rather than Lido 2).

We also have a ticket for 7 mins Margate Lido 1.  Didn't even park after reading signs half way down car park in dark as decided car park was poorly lit and not safe to stay in at night.  PE rejected.  Now with POPLA. Sent in photos etc. Not sure how to use this site to find threads etc. Any help greatly appreciated

If you have already appealed to POPLA, you just wait for the PE evidence park and respond to that in 2,000 characters (not words) within the 7-day deadline.

But you need to start your own thread and let us see what you said in your initial appeal and what you said in your POPLA appeal.  This is someone else's thread, so no further comments on here please.

Why not?  There is a FORUM HELP video at the top, and a search button.  You are best watching the 'how to use the forum' video first, and were probably sent that when you joined. 

No replies here please, you have managed to hijack someone's own thread about their case only.

Is this really what we are reduced to now, people posting on threads and reading none of the advice threads at the top first, because (presumably) they are using a phone and can't see the forum properly and think a teeny weeny ickle phone is the right way to read this huge forum of information?  It's like trying to read War and Peace, peering through a drinking straw.
