Ah, the old 'I was hacked' excuse. Seen and heard it many times, rarely was it true.I don't care about your first world problems; I have enough of my own!1

The person is doing nothing to get their account back. I asked the husband what was being done and he said nothing.
In truth I don't know if they have been hacked or have just decided to steal them from me.
Facebook told me they can see no evidence of her account being hacked. Yet the husband is adamant it has.0 -

Why is the communication throught the 'Husband'? Surely you should be talking to the Organ grinder and not the monkey.
Sounds very much like there is more going on than simple Admin removal.
Just walk away, nothing on Facebook is worth it, I'm not really sure why anyone today would still think it relevant.Drinking Rum before 10am makes you
A PIRATE
Not an Alcoholic...!1 -
Remind me why I only post bull shine on the FarceBuck0

Why should I walk away from something I built many years building? Just walking away gives the green light to others to just steal accounts.0 -

Could the husband give you another way to communicate with her? I would have thought that if their account was hacked, their primary focus would be getting it back, because the hacker could do some damage with the account - such as removing you as an admin!0

I sent the account some PM's and can see they have been looked at. I am seriously starting to feel like they have just tried to steal them from me. Like I said in an earlier post. In one of my groups a new admin has appeared, He is on her friends list. Either he has conned her into accepting his friends request and then maybe sent a hostile message she has clicked on or they have stolen my groups.
The trouble with Facebook is that they have no real way to contact them on a 1 - 1 basis. It's all automated stuff through chat.
I am thinking of going to see a solicitor. See if there is some legal come back. The groups are business groups BTW not social ones.0 -
In essence - you handed someone the keys to your house and are now locked out
As already stated - in hindsight, you should have set this other person as a Mod and not Admin
The hacking is just an excuse and I'm not sure what you can do legally as you voluntarily gave control to an other person
There will probably be a disclaimer hidden somewhere that says "we will not be responsible if you give admin rights to other people etc etc"1
