Looking at your video suggests that this is purely down to the fact you can't disengage the Recirc button, I can see you keep tapping it to turn it off but I've seen videos where it seems you need to press it fully in to switch it on/off.
If you still can't disengage the button then take it back to the dealer.0 -
Also, was the engine running at the time or were you in stop/start autostop mode?0

Driving up the motorway on both occasions.
