Gas Boiler problems?

I have a Vaillant EcoTEC pro 24 Boiler this morning I woke up and boiler was was off, red light on and amber light flashing intermittently, Flashing fault F64 & F27. i called up landlord/gas people and they can’t get anyone out before next Friday. No, almost certainly no further damage being caused in your case. It's pretty clear that you have an intermittent electrical issue, and the boiler either works or it doesn't; when it does work, it works as normal.
If your boiler was overheating or spraying water out of a leaking component - something like that - then that would be a different issue...
