Gas Boiler problems?

I have a Vaillant EcoTEC pro 24 Boiler
this morning I woke up and boiler was was off, red light on and amber light flashing intermittently, Flashing fault F64 & F27.
i called up landlord/gas people and they can’t get anyone out before next Friday.
Lady on phone asked me to hit reset button, turn on and off and see what happens, I did and nothing happened.
Tried again about an hour later and another fault came on f28.
decided to turn boiler off at mains and try not to stress about it.
4/5 hours later, curiosity got the better off me and I decided to turn it back on.
boiler working now and no faults🤷🏽♀️

Had the heating on for an hour and have been using hot water.
This boiler is 10/11 years old,
Last 3/4 years I have had issues with boiler, It stop working, can’t remember fault, but was to do with pressure, last winter was first winter it did not happen, but heating would randomly turn itself on, did not call anyone out because was just greatful it was working.
oh, I did have heating on last night for the first time.
anyone With any knowledge, help, advise appreciated

I'll try and find what these fault codes mean.
Meanwhile, what is the pressure of the system? And does this vary much?0 -
According to this https://www.warmzilla.co.uk/blog/vaillant-boiler-error-codes-fault-codes-list#vaillant-ecotec-plus-error-codes it would seem to be an 'electronic' fault, possibly to do with the sensors, PCB or the ignition system.
It doesn't appear to be a system 'pressure' issue, and in any case this would not be the sort of thing to resolve itself; once the pressure is too low for the boiler to operate, that would remain the case until you took action.
Electronics, on the other hand, can either be terminal - bang - or annoyingly intermittent. You appear to have the latter. If it's 'electronic', then it's def a 'qualified' job.1 -

I googled and saw it was electrical.
i have an appointment booked for Friday.
That I have not cancelled....glad I have my boiler working for now.
Just want to make sure there is a fault and they will Fix it or attempt to on Friday and I am not imagining all these F codes🙁

Vaillant F27 Boiler Fault
The boiler's sensor has noticed that the flame is not correct. ... The gas valve is not working correctly, and therefore, the boiler is not getting the correct amount of gas to produce the correct flame.
If your Vaillant Boiler is giving you an F64 error message it means that you have an electrical fault with your boiler. This is not something you can fix yourself. You will need to call a Gas Safe registered engineer

I wouldn’t attempt I fix it myself😀
a gas engineer appointment has been made for next Friday0 -
I Live in a housing Association Property, so I do not pay, but I have lost days of work and pay because of Them.I have had a lot of issues with this boiler and because the engineers could not find the fault, they didn’t believe there was one.... and I was made to feel like I was the one in the wrong and maybe creating the faults😏
I have a card meter and I was told that because I let the gas run out I could have created the issue with pressure, was told I kept boiler temperature to low and that was the issue, also it was too high and that was an issue.... you get my drift....
I get really anxious because the way I feel I am treated by them and I am not sure they are capable of just fixing it without something else going wrong and this be a long drawn out saga over winter, so just trying to educate myself a bit about what the problem could be. Thanks0 -
It's awkward that the fault has gone away again - it's always easier to find a fault that declares itself :-).
LLL, I would email Vaillant and describe what's happened, as simply as possible, and how the fault has seemingly sorted itself. Explain that this has happened before (describing the fault codes then, if different to now) and tell them you are in an awkward position as the engineers you called out couldn't replicate the fault, but that you definitely did have issues that stopped your boiler from working. Add the comments that the engineers have put forward as theories, and ask if there's any mileage to them.
Basically, ask them wot the 'ell is going on with your boiler, and if there is something you can do to prevent it from happening.1 -

Boiler seems to have died again.
went to kitchen to get a late night cup of tea, All sockets were off/ Not working,
the the electric box circuit thingy😬 had tripped and turned them off, including boiler, turned it back on with boiler And tried to boil kettle, electric circuit thingy cut off again. Had to turn of boiler to get kettle to boil..... though it’s died again with code F27 showing.
🥺hope this makes sense, not good with names of things.
will gas man/woman be able to sort out electrics/fuse box thingy as well or should I book an appointment for electrician?0
