Switched to "Pure Planet"
I just switched energy provider again, after Bulb have almost double there unit price. I did a comparison on here and "Pure Planet" were a clear saving. Before I signed up it stated they could take the meter reading from my smart meter. I've switched and now its all sorted, but then I got an email telling me I would have to submit a monthly meter reading, is this just standard or will they take it from my smart meter? I can't find a way to speak to anyone about this...

Assume it's gone dumb. Submit monthly readings and keep your own records.0

I've only just switched tonight, so they cannot know what type of smart meter I have...I don't know either.

In you previous thread https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6184190/beware-of-cheaper-energy-bill-offers you were complaining that SP, UW etc raised your DD after switching.
What annual consumption figures have you given PP ?Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -
Atm, none, I just did a comparison on this site using the kWh usage I have on my last Bulb bill and PP came out on top.0
