If I were you I'd just refuse to sign any paperwork and see what transpires - as far as I can see you wont be any worse off. You'll still get your free leccy and its up to others to sort out their difficulties.
The only thing I'd check on is whether they have registered a lease on your roof with the land registry (you can do search and get a copy of your entries for a couple of quid). https://www.gov.uk/search-property-information-land-registry.

While at it you can add a "flag" on the Land Registry for you to be informed if any one attempts to place a charge or anything else on your property

The OP said earlier that there was nothing showing on the Land Registry and I'm sure that, along with the FIT payments, is why they are being pressured to sign new documentation now ...

They cannot transfer it if they don't already own it.
Well they've fiddled the paperwork in the past, and have been claiming the FIT since 2015.
So I'm guessing it can be passed round without my agreement?
Depending on the FiT licensee you could open up an ownership dispute with them which would then force them to put the payments on hold until it has been resolved.

Even if it doesn't get transferred over to you in the end, it still stops them taking the payments for it.

No one can ever legally claim the FIT's, because to do so requires the generation meter to be read quarterly and validated, which cannot be done without your permission and grant of access.
In these cases the meter doesn't need to be physically read as they would have them set up as an 'AMR meter' which allows them to obtain HH/Daily/Weekly readings on a data portal. Allowing them to remotely obtain the meter readings and therefore put in the claim.

One positive of this though is that the meter inspections which need to be carried out every 2 years can also be done remotely. Avoiding making the homeowner having to book an appointment to stay inside.

Therefore the company claiming the FiT payments can do so because they can obtain the meter reads quarterly and can have the meter verified bi-annually.

Are you saying rent a roof schemes have smart generation meters?

Yeh, there's nothing on the land registry. I just check the info online last week.
The have asked for wife and my signatures as they are saying " there was only one signature on original paperwork but as house is in both names we need both signatures" but the original paperwork was signed in 2015 and now they realise?
As I mentioned we have not had any contact, visit or otherwise since, so if they are getting reading it's obviously remotely, or again they are fiddling it.
I have done a SAR with ofgem and they have my name down as the FIT generator, so as far as they are concerned I own the panels.
So, the paperwork isn't going to be signed, I have informed their representative, Ian Gilbert, and he advised that the FIT payments are to be transferred regardless. Over to a "large utility company" but he said he can't divulge who. And that the next contact I have maybe from them.
    It's all sounding more dodgy.

As your not being disadvantaged, this is kinda a non issue really.
Whatever any other party gets,or doesn't,when and if is irrelevant in the grand scheme of things.
I'd be drawing a line under this, theres no point making a mountain out of a molehill.imho.
Dont think you should really be posting somebodys name here either tbf.

Unless you provide generation readings, or they fabricate false ones, there is no way for them to claim the ongoing FITs anyway.
