Just to clarify the attached photos are for two separate parking tickets for the same day in 2 separate locations (both in different formats, 1 a letter and the other a more official document). States I have until the 28th to pay or it will increase etc. This is the same company that 5 or 6 years ago I had something similar and I just ignored and letters stopped the the mandatory two years later saying it was still outstanding. Will I just ignore.?

I agree with Castle - this is a real NTO and the OP needs to take it to pepipoo and absolutely MUST NOT ignore it.

But the second letter/page talks about a parking charge notice issued under 'contract' so I would email Steve Clark at the BPA and ask him to please explain what on earth this hybrid set of documents is meant to be or has the BPA member made a mistake.  Have they put the wrong second page in with a real penalty issued by the Council or are they impersonating authority and breaching the CoP with a fake 'penalty'? :

(caveat - unless you actually have 2 x PCNs, one real one and a parking charge with a different ref?).

Have you taken this to pepipoo with your pictures of the letters, as suggested?

And complained to Steve Clark by email about these confusing letters.  His email is all over the forum if you search.

They are two separate pcns one written in letter form and 1 on a more formal format.

We know.  I recall looking at them and declaring one a real NTO. 

And I am telling you the best things to do.  My advice has not changed.
