Received a SAR today from BW Legal, sent fairly quick to be honest. I am still waiting for a SAR from National Car Parks Ltd.
The stuff BW legal have sent are just copies of previous letters they have sent me. They have sent me a copy of the letter from NCP Ltd declining my Appeal, a copy of the original Parking charge notice to keeper, and list of phone calls. The question is. Shouldn't they have sent me the third party letters that was sent and received from Trace debt collection company. They also have not sent my letters appealing the decision that was sent and received from Popla. Also should they have sent all the information ie letters, court papers, regarding my parking charge notice and contravention on the 3rd April 2018, week before his one, as they surely still hold this information on their files. Please help guys.1 -

You should have waited for both replies , then looked for anything missing , then reply accordingly3 -
You were not meant to get a SAR from BW Legal, so that's something and nothing. The NEWBIES thread doesn't tell people to send a SAR to the solicitor.I want to try and prevent his going to court.You can't, and that is how these cases are won! I promise you that this will empower you.
