Credit Karma Using the Wrong Information

TBH you’re making this into a much bigger thing than it actually is.
You have no grounds for a complaint and the ICO will take no interests in it. You have your first and third parties the wrong way around for a start.0 -

I don't see how deleting your account is going to have any bearing on your complaint to the ICO. Credit Karma will almost certainly hold onto the information for at least 6 years, you just won't be able to access it via those login credentials but your complaint can still be investigated.True if I delete the account they will retain the information, but since they are not complying with DPA at the moment and I wont be able to access what they have if I close the account. How can you expect me to trust them to be forthcoming if needed for my complaint?
Without getting too far into your complaint, it appears to be largely groundless and it seems like you're making things difficult, just for the sake of having something to complain about. You came here for advice and you got it, delete the account and make a new one. If it works, problem solved. If it doesn't you're no worse off.2 -
