Credit Karma Using the Wrong Information

My wife and I have been in a dispute with Credit Karma for over 6 months. We moved house in January got ourselves on the electoral register and updated all our accounts. Experian, Equifax and TransUnion all have our details correct at our new address. But Credit Karma keep asking for our credit reports based on our old address, so we don't show up on the electoral register, eventhough we update our details with them at the same time. Does anyone have any idea how I can get them to fix this or a contact phone number for them as email just isn't working?

CreditKarma is the report provider for TransUnion. If TU have your correct address then there should be no issues.0

Yes TransUnion have the correct address, but Credit Karma are requesting a report with my detail, but the wrong address. TransUnion feed that information in and the credit report generated checks my old address for the electoral roll not my new one therefore gives the correct answer stating I am not on the electoral roll at my old address. When I spoke to TransUnion they said they can only provide a report based in the information provided by Credit Karma and they can't seem to get it right.0

I've noticed this with Credit Karma as well. We moved house in April, and got onto the electoral roll ASAP. Normal credit reports show us on the roll, but although Credit Karma has our new address in the Profile, when we generate a Credit Karma report it says "Your personal details - This is the information used to generate your TransUnion credit report" and shows the old address and says we are not on the electoral roll. Credit Karma is a free service, so I guess you get what you pay for!. .1

This is an existing account that dates back to when it was Noodle. Never had any issue before when I moved in 2017 just don't know how to get them to fix it.

I presume this is because I already have an account using my details.I don't want delete the account I am having an issue with as I have raised a complaint with ICO in respect of Credit Karma's breach of Data Protection Laws.1. By sending information about me to a third party (TransUnion) that they know is incorrect I have notified them of the error.2. By failing to rectify the error in a timely fashion (usually with a month, but on rare occasions can be upto three, now over six)3. By failing to notify the third party (TransUnion) they they have made a mistake and knowingly sent false information.Until I have the ICO decision I really don't want to delete the account.
