Harmless banter.1 -
Looking at the PCN again today there is no mention anywhere on front or back of POFA2012 so I will appeal initially via their online system using the blue template plus I will add my own lines re lack of keeper liability, using wording from the Holy Trinity Newquay thread. Should I also mention the fact that the NTK arrived on Day 16, or is that entirely academic given no mention of POFA (I suppose because they knew it was late ?) anyway ?
Of course I won’t mention driver at all.0 -
If you add any text to that from the NEWBIE sticky, be careful not to mention who was driving.2

You will win at POPLA stage as long as you DON'T imply who was driving at any stage, as the NEWBIES thread explains.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD1 -
Hi all,
It’s been more than 28 days since we appealed via NCP’s website, and we have heard nothing.
Presumably we continue to do nothing rather than contacting them ?Ta0
