    Are we banged to rights?

Not necessarily, they have to jump through myriad hoops, all explained in the newbies.

Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP, sometimes it can lead to cancellation.,

You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

Thanks for your reply.  Have read everything in the newbies but alas it does not give me full confidence that the charge will be eventually cancelled. Not all charges are cancelled remember 🙂.  And I’m not sure all the hassle of the appeals, letters, hearing etc is worth it just to avoid £60.  Ta.

Then it's your choice to make , not ours !!

The only way to win this is by winning on a technicality , you either use technical legal points and find one winner , or you lose , it is as simple as that. So most advice and examples will be tailored to winning on that basis , usually where a PPC has failed on one of the legal points.

I have seen a few threads on here where Parking Eye are involved and they have complied with most technical and legal points , meaning I haven't seen a winner based on a technicality so have advised accordingly. Yours is no different !!

Sometimes a defendant is bang to rights , so learn from it and move on.

In this day and age of CCTV and anpr cameras everywhere , there is no such thing as "taking a chance" !!

    12/9, and 26/9 respectively.  NTK dated 24/9.
A NTK dated 24th September, (a Thursday), is deemed to arrive 2 working days later; which would be Monday 28th and too late for POFA to apply.

So like I said , look for a legal technicality and use it
  • Just to confirm that the parking company is NCP?
