  • Thanks. Had feedback from people who have encountered Dcblegal in court and lost. The judge awarding because dcblegal have stated that the defence is a copy and paste from the internet and the judge then not looking kindly on the defendant. Some have had to pay £500 in costs.

Never seen that.  Not a single time on this forum where we have a 99% win rate.

Cannot be £500 in costs, someone is having you on, unless they behaved 'wholly unreasonably' like not turning up to the hearing.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • Thank you for your reassurance. Think this is all getting to me. It's not the only thing in my life I'm dealing with at the minute. Just feel overwhelmed by it and this just feels like another straw.

Hope you told the MHCLG this when you replied to their Q&A, or put it into the BSI Code of Practice comments somewhere.

What tosh!  Just because a defence has been used before does NOT make it worthless.  If that were the case most of the witness statements produced by PPC would be worthless as they are mostly C&P.

Of course people use the internet, I use it all the time and I am no-ones' fool.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
  • Exactly! I use it because I'm not at all legally minded. Will OBServices be penalised for using a solicitor...No! Think I should just stop reading up on everything now and await the court papers
