Reply showing the MP this and asking them to please help like all their colleagues do for constituents:

A parking charge is an ''outrageous scam'' (their words) that MPs have got involved in for years!

From the debates on Sir Greg Knight's bill, it was obvious that most/all MP supported it.   Chastise you MP for his/her incompetence.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
  • Update: I have now received the SAR information from First Parking.
What is my next step, should I provide the evidence here or?

Well have you looked through it? Worked out what it tells you, based on your reading around this forum and comparing to for example pofa
  • So what I have understood:
The claim is comprised of two penalty charge notices.
First One - I failed to display despite holding a permit. I appealed the charge unsuccessfully.
Second One - Failed to display despite holding a permit. I threw this in the bin, and they have assumed I was still the driver and keeper, therefore adding it to the overall balance.
How would you recommend I proceed from here? - I know I could contest the second one in this case but I am unsure what grounds it would be best contesting on. I know my partner was driving the vehicle on this day, so I am not sure if this would make things better or more complicated?
Really need a bit of help!

There are no penalty charge notices.

The help you need comes from your MP, did you do what I suggested?
