I doubt that a letter from DCBLegal says the recipient can 'appeal'.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

IMO you should keep reading until you are no longer confused, this is not rocket science.

    • A lettered response confirming they cannot provide the requested photographic evidence or any other evidence due to acting on behalf of the client (First Parking Llp).
You were supposed to send the SAR to the parking firm, not the solicitors.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    That's not appeal.
So to answer my question, is it worth me appealing or not?

I am struggling to understand the newbie thread as I have a learning disability hence why I created a thread for dedicated help.

I have now done a SAR Request to the parking firm.
