I hope it's not just me, but sometimes you do have to chuckle at viewer feedback!
Lovely house, however didn't like the layout and the fact it's over three floors.
Lovely presented property, however wasn't keen on it being on a hill.
Do people not read descriptions, look at floorplans and Google streetview! Or in the case of the last one, the words 'Hillside' in the address might have given it away abit!
I would just prefer them to be honest and say what they really think!

its not really our style (period cottage)

  • We once had feedback that the viewers didn't
    like the campsite opposite.

There was no campsite.  They were allotments, going on to the park.   An open view isn't the worst type of neighbour in the middle of a city.
That would be my idea of bliss as I spent most of my childhood helping dad on his allotment. Many happy memories and fresh food in abundance.

This was mentioned twice in the ad, and could be clearly be seen from front pics, back pics, arial view and floorplan.

Most people will go in thinking - yes this is the downside, but is it still worth it...

But granted you cant change anything they've fed back on!
