You have to chuckle at viewer feedback!

I hope it's not just me, but sometimes you do have to chuckle at viewer feedback!
Lovely house, however didn't like the layout and the fact it's over three floors.
Lovely presented property, however wasn't keen on it being on a hill.
Do people not read descriptions, look at floorplans and Google streetview! Or in the case of the last one, the words 'Hillside' in the address might have given it away abit!
I would just prefer them to be honest and say what they really think!

Used to live at the end of a street (straight line) with different styles of houses on.
One viewer said she didn't like the street as it was too "higgledy-piggledy" for them. !!!!!! lol 🤣2024 wins: *must start comping again!*6 -
We are selling a 3 bed with 3rd bedroom and bathroom over a car port, so downstairs is 2 bed size. Photos and floorplan clearly show this but feedback we have received is upstairs is wonderful but downstairs is too small. It's as though they hoped maybe there was a bit we didn't bother showing, just keep that hidden away for viewings! Or do they not check the floorplan at all even though we are told they are essential?

We sold our 3 bed house, someone fed back it had too many rooms and they wouldn't need them all so unless we lowered the price it wasn't for them!Virtual sealed pot 2019 member #6 :j

We had some interesting feedback as well:
- the driveway was too long
- the garden was too big
- there was a draft (we had open fireplaces)
-patio was too small
Really silly stuff. I don't understand why people felt that they had to make up some excuse. Why not just tell the truth and say that either they didn't like the property or it wasn't the house that they were looking for? That's what I used to tell estate agents, as I knew how annoying some feedback could be.5 -
ditto
garden is too big
its not really our style (period cottage)
my dog would escape
theres no room to extend ( garden is an acre )
too many trees4 -

We once had feedback that the viewers didn't
like the campsite opposite. There was no campsite. They were allotments, going on to the park. An open view isn't the worst type of neighbour in the middle of a city.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

That is was mid-terrace.This was mentioned twice in the ad, and could be clearly be seen from front pics, back pics, arial view and floorplan.1
