sorry, I am not able to explain ..I have received an estimated bill, meter reader came to my property took the actual reading, I have also sent the actual reading and still TW generated a new bill with estimated reading. I have received a confirmation email from TW that my meter reading has been submitted but now TW is saying that they never received any actual reading from the customer and they dont have any answer why the reading provided by the meter reader was never updated even after 10 days0

Even after contacting TW multiple times, Thames water haven't updated my reading and not accepting the reading given by me. I have even received an email from TW that my readings have been submitted successfully but still TW advisors are saying that they never received my actual reading. They are alsi not issuing new bill as they are claiming they don't have readings and also not taking any cognizance of my complain.0

Meter reader from Thames water visited my property on 16 SEP to check meter reading but now Thames water completely denying the fact that they have sent an engineer out.
They are even claiming now that water meter reading taken in Feb 2020 (958) was right and after that meter is not working properly as current reading is still 956, that's the reason meter is not showing correct reading. Even though my meter is an analogue water meter. I have been tracking my water meter for last 1 month and reading went up from 948 to 956 in a month which is the current reading.0 -
Its more than a month and Thames water refused to acknowledge the complaint and even suggesting me to complain to POLICE that someone visited my property as Thames water meter reader and they have not sent anybody out.
Looks like this is a serious breach of data protection and data privacy act as the meter reader came in Thames Water Van and had all my details. I am baffled how come meter reader can use Thames Water van if he was not sent by Thames water.0 -
