  • It looks as though this account has now changed to Double Access Saver (Online) (2) and is now at 1.10%
  • T&C`s state they must give 14 days notice of a interest rate reduction. I suppose those of us who got in at 1.2% will receive news of a reduction shortly.
  • Got an email today that says it is closed to new applicants as at close of 23 September, although their website is still apparently open for applications for the Online 2 version.

    1.2% or 1.1% is a difference of £10 over a full year on £10k

-----------------------------------      and £200 on £200k but not many are going to put £100k in an account that can be cut any time and probably will in a couple of months time.
Actually it`s already been cut after 4 days for new customers.

The point is, some people may. You were effectively telling people to "it's only £10, don't worry" (in the nicest possible way). But that's not true for all people.
