That said I can't find any other way of contacting them, so I've taken your advice and made a complaint via the link above. I have also made virtually the same complaint to Ebico. Ebico advised that they would respond in 48 hours.... British Gas need 21 working days! In my mind, that's really telling on its own!Another question for anyone,In the email from BG they say "....Robin Hood Energy will automatically switch you over to British Gas if you don't do either of the options set out above..." The two options are agreeing to the switch or moving to another supplier.Does anyone know what the contractual implications of the enforced move are? My guess its either:-
- The current contract assigned to British Gas, so the current T&C would remain in force in full.
- A supplier of the last resort under the terms of Ofgen provisions...in which case I guess this would be BG's standard tariff.
British Gas has finally got back to me, after much chasing. The comment from them states:-"Thank you very much for your emails with attached copies of the emails that you have been sent by us. I have investigated the issue and have discovered that, for a small number of customers, there is a shortfall in the end date of the tariff we are offering. As you have pointed out, this is the case with our offer to you.
I have been advised that our offer is as indicated on our email, our Zero Fixed Jul 2021v2 tariff, with a tariff end date of 31 July 2021. I note that this tariff matches the rates that you are currently receiving. If you do choose to accept this and later change your mind then there are no exit fees and you are able to switch without penalty. If however our offer is not to your liking then you can select another supplier and switch away without penalty...."
If Robin Hood insists on migrating this contract they would be in breach of there own clause 6.2 which clearly states that “...we won’t make any changes which are to your disadvantage..." Clearly a reduction in the length of the tariff is to my disadvantage!
Does anyone know if a Tariff is considered the whole contract or i.e. including the duration, or just the rate as BG is indicating?0 - The current contract assigned to British Gas, so the current T&C would remain in force in full.

On the RHE website it states:-
1. Will my fixed prices change?
A. If you are on a fixed price tariff then your prices will either stay the same or reduce when you move over to British Gas. The name of your tariff might change and you'll need to agree new terms and conditions but you won't pay more than you do today and the length of your current fixed deal will remain the same.
Make a complaint to the Advertising Standards Authority and / or the Energy Ombudsman.
I've been lucky: my ultra cheap RHE 12m Summer Saver has been extended by a month !
