So BG have sent me their tariffs for me as an ex-Robin Hood customer:
Gas no exit fees, Standing Charge 26.07p a day, 2.877p per kWh
Electric no exit fees, Standing charge 24.75p per day, 15.719p per kWh
Looks OK so I think I will go with them till the offer ends in March.

Looks OK so I think I will go with them till the offer ends in March. Those are absolutely dreadful rates; obviously you weren't on a very good Robin Hood tariff. For comparison, my rates areGas no exit fees (BG replacement for RH), Standing Charge 28.497p per day, 2.02p per kWElectricity no exit fees (Neon Reef variable), Standing charge 13.2825p per day, 12.11343p per kWh3 -
BG matched my Robin Hood tariff, extended the fixed period by a month and abolished the exit fee. The only downside is that RH had an 0800 number but BG's is chargeable unless I can find something on SayNoTo0870.com, but I can live with that.No need for a smart meter, so what's not to like?1

I'm sure you could get a better tariff than that so why stay if there's no exit fees?1

Didn't the later Ebico/Robin Hood tariffs have a minimum annual spend? (approx £100 for gas and £50 for electricity??) Have BG retained that minimum spend?I have a little used annex so opted for Eon in June with a DSC of 8.678p(£32pa) for gas and the same for electricity. Gas is 2.595p/kWh and electric is 15.062p kWh.0

They have given me the same price but cut the fixed period from the end of October 2021 to the end of July 2021.In my view, they have not kept to their promise that they would '..beat or match your existing Robin Hood Energy tariff' because of this
