Popla appeal for overstay

Ah, ok. I checked characters but used the no spaces count on Word Doh!1

Spaces , full stops , question marks , they all count , apart from spaces the rest are not required
Do a severe cull as described earlier , less is more , it's bullet points , not a chatty letter , shorten it because I saw plenty of ways of reducing it1 -
Hi, the appeal to Popla has been rejected and I have received a second notice to keeper from the parking company. It states 28 days to pay or it will increase to £170. I know this bit is illegal.

Hi, one of the replies mentioned the case would win in court, just not at popla. Can I ask what is the reasoning behind this? Many thanks0

It isn't illegal. It's just not got any basis in law. Different
Because as you know a contract must have certainty of terms.3 -

It's been reported here before that POPLA has nail technicians and 'racy novel' authors acting as Assessors.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

OK, so they go to court hoping people will be intimidated or just ignore it rather than putting in a proper defence. Thanks for the information2

Hi all,
Nearly a year later and I have received a letter before action from Gladstones. I have drafted a SAR to send to the parking company but they have no information on their privacy page. I've included a link.

It looks like they don't own their domain name.
I've dug out the original PCN and it does have an general email address. Should I send to that and also their registered address.0 -

There is a link to their Privacy Policy at the bottom of every page on their website and there is an email contact address at the bottom of that Privacy Policy.

Thanks, I was using the address on the original parking ticket and the link to privacy wouldn't work on any browser.0
