Premier Parking Logistic s- Appeal or Ignore?

I received a PCN from Premier Parking Logistics as the ticket I bought had fallen from the dash into the footwell. I have read through the advice on the forum and I am confused as to whether appeal or ignore the ticket. I have the ticket and paid with a bank card so have a screenshot of the transaction. However, there seems to be a lot of advice saying don't give your details, yet the back of the ticket says no appeals will be considered without name and address supplied. The vehicle is a company owned and I am not the registered keeper, so I don't want to ignore this and risk it going to the lease firm to deal with, as I will incur an admin fee. Equally I feel I did purchase a ticket and displayed it, but the ticket moved when I closed the door and therefore it seems unfair I should be fined.
I already downloaded the appeal letter for a private firm, but that indicates that I should put my name and address on it. I'm confused, can anyone help me?

There is no confusion here! Please read the current advice instead of old/outdated threads. Routine advice to ignore has not been current since the law changed some years ago.

read the bottom of the first post in the newbies thread, for hire vehicles, use one of the most suitable templates from edna basher , appealing as hirer or lessee , day to day keeper , not as a driverso no blabbing about who was driving or about what happened on the dayIPC member , so do not expect popla , its not availablethis is the infamous walton wilkins , a sc@mmer in all senses of the word3

Of course the registered keeper puts their name and address to the appeal! How else will they know it's the keeper...they can't just accept random emails from anonymous people.
You say you have 'downloaded' the appeal which worries me. Our appeal(s), including the one for company cars, in the NEWBIES thread on this forum do NOT need downloading, so what on earth are you downloading? Not the horrific MSE article one, surely?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

the OP is not the RK, the hire or lease co is, plus its wilkins and he is an IPC member, so no poplaits a shame there are so many similar sounding names , 2 pages for P on the IPC AOS websitelet us hope that they are NOT reading the awful MSE advice0

Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP., it can cause the scammer extra costs, and in some cases, cancellation.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up later this year,
Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these companies, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.
