No worries, I appreciate your help once again.

I just want to confirm for the final time, my next steps:
As per @bargepole thread, I should:
1) Send a copy of my Defence and completed N244 form to NCCBC. - is Defence here referring the Draft of the Order?
2) NCCBC send me a Directions Questionnaire (N180) to complete and send to all parties
3) Case is then transferred to a local court where I will eventually have my hearing and use my Witness Statement

Question
1) Do I need to print, sign and send all 4 documents to NCCBC now as I've read on other posts? (N244 form, Draft of the Order, Witness Statement and Defence for Dismissal)
I apologise for asking what must be silly questions, a bit worried with all that's going on and want to make sure I'm doing it correctly.

No, and it's a Witness statement and Draft Order you need, as shown in all other recent CCJ threads.  Not a defence, yet.

Not sure that a DQ is needed for an N244 application...but they will allocate it to the local court.  Doesn't the N244 ask for your local court?
