  • hi i now have a court hearing and once again i must serve the papers to the court and claiment, shall i post the papers(signed for) to the claiment as i do not have a email address for Gladstones?
  • As per above, do both. (First class post with a certificate of posting - save it in case you need it,  and email as a backup - make sure the email clarifies that this is a backup submission in case of postal issues due to COVID-19, and make sure you save that email ... you want proof you made every effort in your submissions to the claimant).

Why would you send stuff directly to the PPC, when they are using a solicitor for a reason?  You'd be posting during lockdown, pointlessly, to the PPC (wrong address for service) for no reason whatsoever.

Why didn't you simply search this forum for Gladstones email?

No posting it.  Utterly pointless during lockdown.

Notwithstanding that it is almost impossible to understand your question, did you actually submit your witness statement (WS) and evidence and to where?  How is the judge asking for your witness statement?  Did you mean you have received notification of a hearing and the instructions are to submit a WS?
