The one for @blancswann was one where the D wasn't driving.   You were meant to copy & adapt it, not chop it down to 4 paragraphs and end with an old statement of truth you got from somewhere else. 

I can tell you have NOT used the two I linked because you've copied the out of date 'statement of truth'.

If you have a hearing date then that letter says the deadline for all parties to exchange witness statements and evidence.

how is this for starters need further  help

I repeat again - for the love of God, use the blancswann WS that I wrote for them and JUST CHANGE THE FACTS ABOUT THE CAR PARK AND REASON FOR THE PCN, ETC.  What is so difficult about copying the WS I wrote and just tweaking it?  It was four times longer than that and is almost all relevant to YOUR case.

at this appointment the judge will explore with the parties wether
a the case is capable of agreement or wether the issues between the parties can be narrowed
b if a trial is required how that can take place
c what case directions are required example witness statements experts
they is no mention of dates or deadlines of WS to be served coupon mad,but shall i still submit Ws ?

So this is a case management hearing and NOT the hearing! You could have said this before!

Ah yes, that is just a half hour preliminary hearing, to 'narrow the issues'.  DO NOT OFFER MONEY OR APPEAR LIKE YOU WANT TO SETTLE IT.  Make it clear you have a defence and want your day in court and do not agree for the case to be heard in your absence 'on the papers' because you want your voice heard.

hi guys had my case management telephone call and felt pressured by the judge after i told him that i have a defence and i want it heard in court to which he replied we have a backlog of cases and due to the current covid situation and it will be sometime before it and when it can be listed and they are trying to avoid things like this clogging up the court system again i said i want my day in courtand again he said why a telephone case or video case is more or less the same, i relucantly agreed he then gave both sides 2 weeks to file WS.
 I dont feel i can handle a hour on the phone without getting tied in knots considering i am on anti depresssant what can i do ? can i aplly to get decision reversed for a court hearing if i get a letter from my doctor?
